up early but not to exercise. Hyper extended my knee yesterday.
So I thought I would make today a cleanse day. Plus it gets rid of all the product in my house.

12/1-2/12
Busy weekend.
Have event up in Cheyenne on saturday. It is called Hunter's feast, guess what the main focus is? I have only gone once. SO this will be my second time up there. I am not going for the food but for the company. I like many of the people up there and there is one that me going will just irk. So that will be fun too.
that takes up my day from 10:30 to 10:30
sunday is fighter practice in Fort Collins, War practice, which is spear time in my world! WOOHOO! I love fighting with a spear.
so will be working out hard there too.
Going to keep next weeks meals light and simple. More salads and veggies and fruits.

dinner tonight: I am making Thanksgiving dinner for my hunny. Turkey parts (legs, wing and breast) stuffing, green beans and mashed potatoes, What I will have is everything but the turkey. We will carb load up and if we don't pass out from it, we are going raiding in dungeons on World of Warcrack.

Since I ended up making risotto and sweet potatoes for dinner last night, had some for breakfast. With glass of milk and multivitamin

Spent the last week at home. It was very nice.
Ate pretty well, no soda, took dog for walk everyday. She liked that part.
And here we are back to monday.
Set my own alarm as I realized that my hunny, likes to let me sleep in. I had been thinking about when my daily exercise routine went away an I thought it was last Nov. but really it was when he started working days. He thinks one of us should get sleep. But didn' realize how it messed with my schedule. I didn't really think about it nor stop him. I did like sleeping in. However, I made sure I set my travel alarm this morning for 5 and I was up. 8.5 miles on the bike, ab work and water to get me started.
Got all the clean laundry folded and put away

snacks today have been apple and almonds
lunch was a salad and 1/4 cottage cheese with more water
dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.
hoping to get out for a walk today but it has turned a bit chilly. I do have an extra sweater I can wear.

busy weekend
Saturday will be at an event all day, which means lots of walking. In fact most of the day will be spent on my feet. That is good. Will be bringing bread, cheese and an apple for lunch and then we are going out for dinner. Water to drink all day.
the actually day turned out worse for soda consumption. I had two. One caffeinated and one not)
Sunday is archery in the am and then working on my armor. I am making spanokatera pizza for dinner. Pizza with spinach, feta cheese, olive oil and garlic. Will have water to drink all day.
archery was great. did not end up making that for dinner but instead had a small bowl of pasta with a cream sauce. Wanted a mt dew all day but did not break !

sigh, have to admit to a bit of vanity that the recent couple pictures with me having a double chin are not the pictures I want others to see.
Well there it is and my choices are continue to feel bad about it or do something. I am going to do something. I feel the need enough to make the change and I have done it before so it should not be a big deal. right?
Not let myself get derailed and just do it.
9 year wedding anniversary today.

Busy weekend
had a couple sodas to get through it and far too much tea. didn't eat much of anything on saturdya but made up for it on sunday.
Walked a lot on sunday and sat a lot on saturday. Which is how it should be.
Got up way too early this morning to get a house guest to the airport at 5 am. Mission accomplished and then cam e home and crawled back into bed. It wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't been woken up last night around 1:30 by our neighbor across the street (or a friend of theirs) puking outside. Not a quiet vomit, but pretty sure someone lost a lung.
Breakfast was a egg potato and cheese burrito and a soda. Because I was so busy over the weekend, I did not get to the store so will get my apples tonight. Lunch today is a shake and water and some of teh wafer things.
Dinner tonight is spinach tortellini soup
I have to go shopping after work and hopefully will have time for a walk with my dog as well.

Started the weekend off right with a 4 mile walk early saturday am with my dog. It was a beautiful crisp autumn morning. Ate a small breakfast two pieces of toast and then some chips later in the day. Dinner was Indian with rice and chai tea. no sugar in the tea but I drank about a pot of it I think. We went to see the symphony after that, so the tea was good to keep me up.
Sunday was quiet and I didn't get dressed until noon. I ate a red robin burger with fries for lunch and kind of breakfast too. Dinner was not much as I had planned to cook when my hunny got off work but when he got home he wasn't hungry. soda on sunday. but water otherwise

kick myself back into routine. It would be good to get back on track and start seeing some more results.

woke to the sound of rain outside my window and my love holding me tight. I stayed in bed for a while.

Had a mt dew this morning and then a second one at work.

Did a lot of things including fighting for 4 consecutive days in armor and hot weather.
Went for a 4.5 mile hike up around the foothills.

So I am at a strange point in my fighting. I need to decide what I want from it. have I learned all I want? Do I want to push myself to the next level? that will mean practice outside of the week nights. I wouldn't mind being stronger and more flexible. So what am I going to do about it? that is really is the question, what can I do. Options, pell time in the mornings for both sword and spear. making time for workouts again in the morning. Good weekend. Spent all day saturday tromping up and down the mountain side shooting my crossbow.

Sigh, no one in the house. I should be laughing at that as My step daughter and her husband will be at the house this weekend and Avalon will be back the next two weekends. So it really won't be that empty!

lunch was a cheese sammich and chips from Schlotskies
had more water in afternoon
dinner was arincini and homemade tomato sauce, steamed spaghetti squash and salad with a glass of milk.
Spent about 2 hours out in the garage grinding glass and sweating, by the time i got back into the house i was freezing. didn't help that I ate what was left of the cinnamon bun ice cream. So I took a hot shower. Which also gets the glass bits off me.

work,work work at life, at relationships, at desires to be the best you can be. Somedays you get tired.
I am tired but I am also finding that my lack of exercise and self control with food has had a telling result. I feel ooky.
So I need to find my motivation. I had one very exciting thing happen this weekend as I cinched myself into a Ren Faire bodice I made for myself about 20 years ago. It was for a Shakespeare themed party. It was midsummers night dream and I had taken the role of Cobweb. One of Queen Titana's attendants. She seemed to be more of the leather and lace type than the fluffy kind.
But still found myself winded this morning as I walked up the stairs.
I have managed to control my intake of soda. I had two over the weekend. Which I kind of wrote off as I was driving over 8 hours. But I still don't feel as strong as I had last summer. What was I doing? Sex daily- that has kind of tapered off, oddly enough since my hunny now has a day time job. I was riding my bike more and working on abs. I think I just need to find the time to do those things again. Work on my control with food rather than just skipping meals, actually eat good meals.
Maybe I am worried about Avalon moving out? yep in a week she will be heading to College. At least I hope so as we still haven't heard if we have secured the loans yet for her.
I did have ramen and milk for breakfast.

haven't blogged a lot recently but things have been going good. Since the full stop on mt dew, I have actually been good. I did have one on saturday the 29th. I was beating myself up about that but then I thought- hey, I had one in almost two weeks and you know that is not so bad. Am I drinking them every day- nope. So that is a good thing. I have been eating well, cooking with the abundance of summer veggies. Eating an apple a day.
Hunny started a physical fitness regime and it is time I start back on my journey. It really is something I enjoy and it would be good to just do it. I have been fighting on a regular basis and that feels good. Bruises aside. Too many bruises. So throwing in other activity beside rumpy-pumpy with hunny is a great idea.
No excuses, no fear, just do it.

Lots went on over the weekend. But I am still soda free. Have had tea and caffeine tabs and a few head aches but really striving to let it go. Spent the weekend camping and the heat was overwhelming. Pretty sure I was dehydrated the whole time and might still be. But I am trying to catch up.

found out my god father died over the weekend. He went with his family all around.
had popcorn for lunch and watched old 8mm movies with my god father and all the dogs I have ever owned in black and white. It was good and sad to see all the ghosts

went back to work and got a call from my husband as our little dog Ember was not doing good.
emotional night as my little pom started to have seizures and we had to put her down.
I did eventually have something to eat for dinner which was grilled cheese and milk.

Way too much soda and wine this weekend but a great time. I am sure I needed the extra calories to keep myself warm as it rained. It was almost biblical deluge type of rain. We were at 7500 feet, fighting and camping in the rain. I am not really sure how much I ate but I do not think it was much. Pretty sure my calorie intake came from the liquids.

Family wedding weekend. Went out to eat, had too much soda and not enough exercise.
Had a lovely time with new friends and chasing a 3 year old around.
Will be glad when the house is empty again. Funny how one gets accustomed to the quiet.

breakfast was ramen and milk. Sigh, I think I am getting nervous about this week and all the folks coming into town as that was the best ramen ever!
Actually spent about 1 1/2 steam cleaning the carpet

lunch was apple, almonds, water and a piece of my dad's b-day cake.
dinner tonight, not sure. It is fighter practice so I am hoping to beat on folks with sticks but that usually means no eating before. But then I get so hungry afterwards. If I don't go out to dinner with folks then I will make myself a quesadilla.

was going to ride bike into work, instead got a call when I was at the end of the drive way saying taht a water main broke, bring the shop vac and my little steam cleaner.
spent about 3 hours cleaning up water
lunch was grape, almonds and orange lifesavers and water
dinner was salad, sweet potatoes and a ufo (lentils, rice and cheese cooked between two biscuits.) and milk
breakfast was oatmeal and fresh strawberries

Spent saturday cleaning rooms getting ready for a visit from the family.
Prolly had too much soda but didn't eat much as I was working hard. Had popcorn both days, once as we decided that we were staying home to watch a movie and second we when went out to the movies to see Brave.
Did get a walk in both days. My dog is not happy with me. It seems I have not been taking her out enough and she gets tired long before I do.

Rode my bike into work today.

Will be a hot hot ride home but it really isn't that long. the air is clear enough today that I really wanted to ride. The smoke has blown a different direction and I hope they have a chance to get it contained as the wind is fairly calm today.
Dinner tonight is leftover tortellinis in pesto sauce

yesterday was the Bolder Boulder. I did better than I thought I would and managed to average 16 minute miles walking to fish the 10k race at 1 hour and 36 minutes. WOOT! I managed to spend the rest of the day wanting to drink but not really wanting to eat. I did eventually have a little bit of ice cream and some leftover risotto.
Today I was up early and a little bit sore in places. I have a few blisters but not too bad. In fact I made the choice for riding my bike into work today.
Had a mt dew when I woke up and did some sewing
breakfast was ramen and milk
lunch and snacks have been almonds, apple, croissant, and three orange lifesavers, water
dinner tonight will be more water, shake before fighter practice. I won't fight for long but will get some done as we are doing melee practice. I did manage about an hour of melee work.

I seem to have lost my motivation somewhere.
I have not been blogging my food or exercising as of late.
I have been back to constant 2 sodas a day and sometimes three.
SO I am going to make June my get my shit together month.
Goals- write blog daily, it really does make a difference.
Going to make June a no sugar month, as in no sodas if possible, no sweets or adding sugar to my tea.
Also get back to exercising daily either walks or bike riding, fighting and fighter practice are extra bonus and will be done on top of regular stuff.
Going to do the 50 days of ab work. I can feel it in my back now that I haven't done it in a while. Also seem to feel it in my pants. I am not so keen on that part.

I have no idea what is going on with me and my blog. I am sure that using this is still a good tool. I just don't seem to be as dedicated
current weight 209 bought a size 16 pair of pants the other day and they fit nicely. No pinching or cameltoe. Is that a sign of the changing sizes of clothes?
I have been very tired the last couple weeks between not sleeping good at night due to my man's broken wrist and then weaving like mad every day. I have been trying not to binge eat and get lots of exercise. I am training for the Bolder Boulder and have been fighting in the park every week.
But somehow writing it down has become onerous.

blogging about food has been spotty at best. I did step on the scale today. I really did not want to and there it was 215
I have not really been getting much exercise and have been eating like crap again. Almost back up to 3 mt dews lately. I say almost as it is 2 most days and about every other I am at 3.

Nice weekend. I had no events so just enjoyed my weekend at home with my man. We puttered around and went out to lunch. Lingered in bed in the morning.

got home from the war around 5:00am. It was a long drive in.

last week was full of activity and reasonable eating. i worked hard each day with camping or fighting and then stayed up and played most of the night. I did drink far more than I had planned and by drinking I mean alcoholic type beverages. I do think I lost a good amount of weight last week though between all the walking and fighting I did. Heck just walking around in 45 pounds of armor in that heat dropped me a couple dozen pounds!
We only ate what I had brought so we were very very healthy. I did have about 2 sodas a day.
the event was amazing and I can't wait to do it again.

Weekend was packed full of activity and fairly good on the food choices.
I had a four hour workout with the spear and sword training. I was so hungry but ended up eating corn chips for dinner. But then again that was all I ate for the whole day. I was feeling a bit off
Sunday I did a 4 mile walk as part of my prep for the Bolder Boulder. then spent the rest of the entangled in fibers as I warped and twisted stuff. Had breakfast lunch and dinner and three mt dews. I could not wake up.

I have been sleeping in and just still trying to get my head to be back on right from the trip.
I am going to work on getting back on here everyday and doing all the good for me things that I do.

I did eat to much and drank far to many fruity rum beverages. I think I had more alcohol last week then I have every had in the whole of my life.

did get 20/100 and can see some change in my curves. I have been doing a set of lifts with my exercise ball that uses my back muscles and it is nice to see the curve coming back.

The time has come for me to face the scale today. If I don't do it, it wont happen.

set up and take down a "medieval room" for medieval games night.
Going to be bad and get Qdobe for dinner. Chips and cheese

took down all the Christmas decorations and took them to storage
