Spent the last week at home. It was very nice.
Ate pretty well, no soda, took dog for walk everyday. She liked that part.
And here we are back to monday.
Set my own alarm as I realized that my hunny, likes to let me sleep in. I had been thinking about when my daily exercise routine went away an I thought it was last Nov. but really it was when he started working days. He thinks one of us should get sleep. But didn' realize how it messed with my schedule. I didn't really think about it nor stop him. I did like sleeping in. However, I made sure I set my travel alarm this morning for 5 and I was up. 8.5 miles on the bike, ab work and water to get me started.
Got all the clean laundry folded and put away
breakfast was poached egg on 1/2 english muffin with cheese and more water
snacks today have been apple and almonds
lunch was a salad and 1/4 cottage cheese with more water
dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup.
hoping to get out for a walk today but it has turned a bit chilly. I do have an extra sweater I can wear.
