last week was full of activity and reasonable eating. i worked hard each day with camping or fighting and then stayed up and played most of the night. I did drink far more than I had planned and by drinking I mean alcoholic type beverages. I do think I lost a good amount of weight last week though between all the walking and fighting I did. Heck just walking around in 45 pounds of armor in that heat dropped me a couple dozen pounds!
We only ate what I had brought so we were very very healthy. I did have about 2 sodas a day.
the event was amazing and I can't wait to do it again.
