Up early and got some house cleaning done. I should have done some other things but frittered my day away.

had risotto and milk for breakfast
had mt dew
snack was an apple and water
had some almonds
caffeine tab
dinner was a big bowl of tomato soup and one grilled cheese sandwich and 1/2 cup milk
tummy was upset so had a 1/2 cup of eggnog later in the evening
