04/17/12

up kind of early,
got a bunch of fiddly projects done and my abs
breakfast was two pieces of cheese pizza and tea
had mt dew
lunch was a small cheese sandwich from schlotzskies and a bag of bbq chips and water
had three orange lifesavers
no dinner tonight as I have fighter practice.
I will have more water and fight for a couple hours
