up early no breakfast but two cups of tea. I am a bit muzzy headed from dreams last night. Hard to shake them
had bagel at work with a smidge of cream cheese and water
will have mt dew
lunch is a shake
dinner tonight is chickpeas and spinach and bread. Will have cherries for dessert
Ah, almost forgot as today is measure day!
Weight 209 no change, which is good as I have not been regular with anything. Still keeping up walking now and again and fighting. But now I have to figure out how to combine eating right and exercise together into a healthy way of life and not just a do one or the other. How did I used to workout everyday?
going to look back through my logs and work on a program again.
