I hate being broken. At least it is getting better each day
did not sleep well last night so slept in this morning
had tea and two pieces of toast with peanutbutter for brekkies
snacks at work: apple and almond and three orange lifesavers and water lots of water
lunch is a shake and more water with a caffeine tab in the afternoon
Dinner tonight is potato leek soup and bread will prolly have a glass of milk.
