up early sewing to get done had a coke
breakfast was a bowl of french onion soup and water
had snacks of string cheese, almonds and an apple
more water
not lunch to speak of but spread my snacks for my lunch
did do my 19/100 abs today
had mt dew
dinner tonight is baked pasta, salad and bread and water
