did not get out of bed early, Must stop letting myself talk myself into sleeping in.
did get 20/100 and can see some change in my curves. I have been doing a set of lifts with my exercise ball that uses my back muscles and it is nice to see the curve coming back.
Breakfast was three pieces of toast with butter and water
had mt dew at work
lunch was grilled cheese with tomato and french fries with 2 mt dew
water and apple for afternoon snack.
dinner tonight will be a nutritional shake with more water to come.
I have some sewing to do tonight to get my dress done in time for the next tourney.
Good grief I am becoming a clothes horse!
