08/23/12

Up kind of early, gathering things for packing and sorting stuff out.
had water
breakfast was french onion soup and milk with more water with multivitamins
lunch is peanuts and an apple and more water
had 1/2 caffeine tab but am thinking about a soda.
dinner tonight will most likely be Qdoba 3-cheese nachos and lemonade
have fighter practice tonight.
So I am at a strange point in my fighting. I need to decide what I want from it. have I learned all I want? Do I want to push myself to the next level? that will mean practice outside of the week nights. I wouldn't mind being stronger and more flexible. So what am I going to do about it? that is really is the question, what can I do. Options, pell time in the mornings for both sword and spear. making time for workouts again in the morning. Lately I have not been weaving much or riding my bike. What do I want?
