02/06/12

Up early
water and rode my bike for 24 minutes and 8.5 miles. I also did my abs. I think I am back to 1/100 though.
Last week was amazing. I did get lots of exercise in. I took the stairs as much as possible and since we were on deck 4 and the meals were on deck 11, that is a lot of stairs
I did eat to much and drank far to many fruity rum beverages. I think I had more alcohol last week then I have every had in the whole of my life.
had a sandwich for breakfast
a mt dew
had an apple, almonds and some popcorn with water for lunch
dinner was stirred egg with tomato over white rice and more water
