05/04/12

Up early-ish. tweaked my knee last night but still able to weave. Woot!
had a scramble egg and pineapple juice for breakfast
had mt dew
lunch was two pieces of pizza and water
wanting a second mt dew- but resisting
had an apple and string cheese for dinner
and 6 peppermint lifesavers with more water.
 Had a 30 minute workout
