Up early and puttered this morning.
Had mt dew and water
breakfast was two pieces of cinnamon bread and a glass of pineapple juice
had water
lunch was a shake and more water
snacks- apple and almonds and more water
with caffeine mint - working on breaking the soda addiction really really
dinner tonight is three cheese nachoes from Qdobe and lemonade
Will be fighting down in Denver tonight. Melee practice so I get to bring out my spear. Love these nights!
