I seem to have lost my motivation somewhere.
I have not been blogging my food or exercising as of late.
I have been back to constant 2 sodas a day and sometimes three.
SO I am going to make June my get my shit together month.
Goals- write blog daily, it really does make a difference.
Going to make June a no sugar month, as in no sodas if possible, no sweets or adding sugar to my tea.
Also get back to exercising daily either walks or bike riding, fighting and fighter practice are extra bonus and will be done on top of regular stuff.
Going to do the 50 days of ab work. I can feel it in my back now that I haven't done it in a while. Also seem to feel it in my pants. I am not so keen on that part.
