it must be a sign. SO what the heck am I going to do about it?
kick myself back into routine. It would be good to get back on track and start seeing some more results.

write in food log daily
get in 30 minutes at least of exercise a day
portion control
since I am down to 1 mt dew a week maybe, I do feel that is a pretty big accomplishment.
seems easy enough!
