Spent the morning abed
breakfast was brown rice, tofu and peanut sauce in a lettuce wrap and more water. Finished the other 1/2 of my mountain dew
had water at work lunch was an apple and a cheese bagel and then I had a second apple for my afternoon snack with lots and lots of water
dinner tonight is falafel and veggies in a pita wrap and lemonade.
if my hunny runs late I will be taking my dog for a walk
