Weekend was packed full of activity and fairly good on the food choices.
I had a four hour workout with the spear and sword training. I was so hungry but ended up eating corn chips for dinner. But then again that was all I ate for the whole day. I was feeling a bit off
Sunday I did a 4 mile walk as part of my prep for the Bolder Boulder. then spent the rest of the entangled in fibers as I warped and twisted stuff. Had breakfast lunch and dinner and three mt dews. I could not wake up.
