06/08/12

up early and loaded up my car with a cup of tea no sugar, blech. But I drank it as I really do want to keep up the good health trend.
Breakfast was ramen and milk, which should be making you laugh at my absurd thinking.
 Had mt dew
lunch was water, apple, almonds and a couple pieces of cheese. really need to be better about bringing salads with me. 
Dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and more water.
When I say grilled i mean it. I am heading out to an event to do some camping. Feels like I brought everything including the kitchen sink. Sigh.
Most likely will have a drink tonight.
