up early
got weaving done and had 1/2 mt dew
rode bike for 24 minutes and 8.5 miles

had oatmeal for breakfast and water
had full mt dew
lunch was tofu noodle bowl from local Vietnamese restaurant and jasmine tea- no sugar and water
had apple and more water for snack
craving mt dew right now!
Dinner tonight is a salad and more water
will have caffeine tab.
