been staying up way too late these days
did get up did have mt dew
did 25/100
breakfast was a protein shake
had mt dew at work and water
lunch was 8 crackers and cheddar cheese and 14 almonds (that was all that I had left in the bag)
was soooo hungry for dinner which was sloppy joes and potato chips. I had two helpings- really over eat and by the end of the second I knew it but I ate the whole thing and had a glass and 1/2 of milk
