up early with water and a walk
breakfast was 1/2 old fashion oats with brown sugar and butter and more water
had mt dew, I did it is true
lunch was salad with apple and almonds for snacks and more water
dinner tonight is tofu and brown rice with peanut sauce lettuce wrap. AND MORE WATER

packing for a weekend trip.
