Up early and all!
12.5 miles on the bike this morning and water Yippee!
did 100 ab exercises 
breakfast was a poached egg with cheese
lunch was Qdobe chips and 3-cheese nachoes with more water
Dinner tonight is vegetable soup. and a glass of milk
day one of nov is a good day to start.
