05/01/12

up early and weaving
Had three piece of toast with peanutbutter and tea for breakfast
had mt dew once at work
lunch was nachos with black beans
had second mt dew
no dinner but did drink water
had fighter practice
2 glasses of freckled lemonade and 4 french fries at red robin.
This month I have to be active everyday- and by active I mean something beyond my regular stuff. the Bolder Boulder is just 30 days away and I am not interested in dying.
