up early
17/100
rode the bike for only 15 minutes
breakfast was a bagel with a small amount of cream cheese, a whole roma tomato sliced and some onions.
Had tea
had water at work
lunch was a slim fast and more water
had almonds and an apple for snack
dinner was another bagel with tomato and water
had mt dew
had planned on eating a real dinner at Red Robin but didn't quite get there. I did put on armor and fought for about 1 1/2 hours. Actually only intensively fighting about 1/2 hour but it was good.
I did have a big glass of juice when I got home
