10/03/12

up early and virtuous, with water and 6.5 miles and my abs exercises
breakfast was an egg and potato burrito and water
Feeling good as I resisted the temptation of  a sandwich from a local store instead
had a salad. cottage cheese and an apple
more water and a few lifesavers
dinner was 2 potato pancakes  with sour cream and apple sauce and water
desert was 4 caramels and more water
