Lots went on over the weekend. But I am still soda free. Have had tea and caffeine tabs and a few head aches but really striving to let it go. Spent the weekend camping and the heat was overwhelming. Pretty sure I was dehydrated the whole time and might still be. But I am trying to catch up.
Breakfast this morning was a shake and water and tab
snacks include peanuts, apple and more water
lunch is a shake and water
dinner tonight is uncertain. The heat is making it hard for me to have an appetite. But more water will be involved.
I have fighter practice tonight so will sweat a bit more as I work to not over react with my sword.
