up early and on bike. Didn't get as far as I would have liked only 6 miles but did do my ab work
breakfast was oatmeal and a piece of toast with butter. I had a cup of tea
snacks to day are apple and almonds with lots of water
lunch is tofu rice noodle bowl from a local Vietnamese place
more water
dinner, might grab a string cheese before fighting but nothing heavy.
