up early did some sewing had caffeinated mint
breakfast was ramen and milk
rode bike for 24 minutes and 8.5 miles
16/100
have almonds and an apple for snacks
lunch is a salad and water
dinner tonight is sukiyaki

The time has come for me to face the scale today. If I don't do it, it wont happen.

207 well not bad two pounds up from the last time I weighed myself in Nov. I expected far worse but still not good that it went up. Just goes to show that it is something that I have to keep working at.

bust: 42 1/2 (up 1/2)
waist: 37 1/2 (up 1/2)
hips: 45 same
Thigh:22 1/2 ( not sure why that went down 1/2 inch but I will take it!)
calf:17 same
bicep: 12 1/2 same
