up early
wove like crazy to get my stuff off the loom
breakfast was water leftover risotto and caffeine tab
had mt dew at work and water
snack in the am was an apple
lunch is a slim fast shake
snack in the afternoon is almonds and I got some munchies so had some caramel corn. Prolly too much of the caramel corn.
dinner tonight is tomato soup. I am skipping the cheese sandwich. and water

small walk tonight
