07/24/13

did not get up early or easy when I finally did.
I worked hard last night. I thought I drank enough water but I guess not
had mt dew
breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled
no am snack  but more water
lunch was Qdobe 3-cheese nachos and water
pm snack apple and more water
trying the big lunch and late dinner thing I did yesterday as I have fighter practice again tonight.
dinner after fighting should be a light salad and more water. I say should be but chances are I will want something with more fats content like french fries and ranch dressing
