07/17/13

went to bed last night at 8:30 right after fighter practice and slept until 6:30 this morning.
I could not wake myself up
had mt dew still sleepy
breakfast was two eggs scrambled and a piece of toast
am snack was pistachios and water
followed by more water so I am no dehydrated
lunch was tofu noodle bowl from Vietnamese place down the street and a sour sop boba drink. Thought that might get me jazzed but I still feel like taking a nap
no pm snack
getting a frappacino for dinner hoping the combo of coffee and calories will get me through tonights fighter practice.
