Up at 5! Had to make breakfast burritos with eggs, cheese and potatoes
ate one for breakfast with water
decided I had to clean the bathrooms so cleaned all the toilets and sinks, then swept the floor and packed my car for a weekend event.
drove into work. Did abs and squats
no am snack
lunch was a 12" cheese vege sub from subway
pm snack is an orange, if I have one
had mt dew
dinner is bread and cheese and grapes
