Up early with water
did some sewing and had breakfast or rice, tofu peanut sauce lettuce wrap and more water
am snack was pistachios and water
lunch was hot and sour soup with crisp fried wonton noodles and more water
pm snack was an orange and more water plus a caffeine tab
dinner was chips and cheese goo.
Went to fighter practice and spent the evening doing my social running around bit. Played some field games
more water and a glass of juice when I got home
