not up early this morning
But I did get some things done in the house.
Had three pieces of toast with peanutbutter and a cup of mint tea with no sugar- big step there
really really wanted ramen but I have not bought any in the last three weeks. So I can want but it is not there
am snack was orange and water
lunch was a shake and more water
pm snack was pistachios
dinner tonight will be something quick and light as I am fighting and it is hot outside
Did my abs and squats and started doing some calf stretches as my legs have been aching at night.
