up early and by early I mean at 5am
water and caffeine tab to put away laundry and do sewing.
Had a bit of left over chinese tofu with garlic sauce and rice for breakfast with water
rode bike into work
no am snack
water and a lifesaver
lunch was a salad with blue cheese dressing and a bag of cheetoes
pm snack apple and water
dinner tonight is stirred egg with tomato and rice and water
Ack! had an afternoon mt dew too.... it snuck itself in there while I wasn't paying attention and thinking nap time would be good.
