Up at 5! woot sewing and water
breakfast was rice with cheese and salsa and more water
rode bike into work
did abs and squats ( for the record, I do 100 ab exercises a day and 60 squats)
am snack can of pineapple juice
lunch was pbj and bag of bbq potato chips
pm snack last of the pistachios and more water
not sure what I am having for dinner as I am heading out for more fighter practice tonight
will have mt dew
got some weaving done here at work. *warning- weaving geek moment* I was very excited to do this weave structure this first time as I think it will work for when I get ready to make my French Balconies weaving. It is a simple basket weave but set up in such a way that it will work for my idea.* you are now returned to the food blog.
