07/19/13

well I stepped on the scale today after many months not. I will admit I was a bit scared but not too horrific.
215 still more than I would like to be but there it is.
Had breakfast on the run. Not actually while running but on the go. I made banana bread last night that came out amazing and that was brekkies with water
am snack pistachios and more water
had mt dew
lunch was pad thai and water
pm snack was an apple
going out tonight to see a friend for dinner and then to my 30th high school reunion. Going to try and keep the nervous high school me from coming out to play and just let the who I am now be the only one playing. And to keep my soda intake down to one.
