Again with the slug butt morning. Did get out around 6:30 and had some water
breakfast was oatmeal and a piece of toast with water. Interestingly enough, I find that the oatmeal has keep me feeling fuller today than my two eggs yesterday.
am snack apple and water
lunch a shake and more water
had mt dew
pm snack hamster tabs
dinner tonight is pad thai and more water
