up early
way too much banana bread and not enough water
am snack was pistachios and water. I think I am going to switch back to almonds as since I have started eating pistachios, face has broken out like a kid. Sheesh, well it is at least a place to start
no lunch
had mt dew
pm snack apple and water
dinner was spinach feta noodle and water
late night snack of dortioes and milk
