up early and sewing
big glass of tea
got sucked into the ease of ramen this morning and a glass of milk
am snack pistachios and water
lunch- hmmm, I think I will do a shake and more water
pm snack mt dew
dinner green salad
more fighting tonight.  I had to leave early last night so only got in three fights but then went for an hour walk with Xena. She was very happy about that.

07/30/13

did get moving earlish 5:30
had water and caffeine tab
broke down and bought ramen yesterday so I had it this morning with green beans and a glass of milk. Sad that is really my comfort food.
am snack was mt dew
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and rice. ate it all with a big glass of water. I think the chef was a bit liberal with his red chili peppers as the heat in the room went up by about a billion degrees.
pm snack is protein bar and water
no dinner as I am fighting
after fighting will have cottage cheese and salad and water

It is raining and I think I am making french onion soup for dinner tonight.
things i need to also get done:
grocery shopping, clean bathrooms and vacuum the upstairs. Wind a warp and get glass ready to be cut.

07/27-28-13

Way too much soda both days ate sparingly  but had about three each day.
Worked my butt off both days. Well my butt is still there but I worked very hard saturday, moving brush from the campsite and staining boards. Sunday was harsh for 5 hours I scrubbed dog kennels at the human society.
I curled up into book the rest of sunday which means I have a bunch of things to catch up on on monday.

dinner tonight is homemade mac and cheese and broccoli. with chocolate rice pudding for dessert

did not get up early or easy when I finally did.
I worked hard last night. I thought I drank enough water but I guess not

breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled
no am snack  but more water
lunch was Qdobe 3-cheese nachos and water
pm snack apple and more water
trying the big lunch and late dinner thing I did yesterday as I have fighter practice again tonight.
dinner after fighting should be a light salad and more water. I say should be but chances are I will want something with more fats content like french fries and ranch dressing

did not wake bright and early and ready for anything.
 However I had to get Avalon to a dentist appt at 7:00. Her bike did not fit in my car so I had to wait with her at the office. Well I actually fell asleep in the car
but that ate up my morning so no time for brekkies- not good.
am snack was apple
lunch is tofu with garlic sauce and hot and sour soup. I am trying to eat it slowly and pace it out so that tonight I won't want a big meal. I hate eating before practice as it makes me feel ill
pm snack will be mt dew and salad
lots more water through the day

way too much banana bread and not enough water
am snack was pistachios and water. I think I am going to switch back to almonds as since I have started eating pistachios, face has broken out like a kid. Sheesh, well it is at least a place to start

Saturday should be good activity wise as I have to attend the dreaded back yard. That will get done in the am with me going to a 50's sock hop that evening.
Will work on mostly drinking water and eating sensible
Sunday I have community service at the reservoir. Which will be either 4 or 8 hours of picking up trash.
then going to a movie with Jim so popcorn will happen.

07/19/13

well I stepped on the scale today after many months not. I will admit I was a bit scared but not too horrific.
215 still more than I would like to be but there it is.
Had breakfast on the run. Not actually while running but on the go. I made banana bread last night that came out amazing and that was brekkies with water
am snack pistachios and more water
had mt dew
lunch was pad thai and water
pm snack was an apple
going out tonight to see a friend for dinner and then to my 30th high school reunion. Going to try and keep the nervous high school me from coming out to play and just let the who I am now be the only one playing. And to keep my soda intake down to one.

Again with the slug butt morning. Did get out around 6:30 and had some water
breakfast was oatmeal and a piece of toast with water. Interestingly enough, I find that the oatmeal has keep me feeling fuller today than my two eggs yesterday.

went to bed last night at 8:30 right after fighter practice and slept until 6:30 this morning.
I could not wake myself up
had mt dew still sleepy
breakfast was two eggs scrambled and a piece of toast
am snack was pistachios and water
followed by more water so I am no dehydrated
lunch was tofu noodle bowl from Vietnamese place down the street and a sour sop boba drink. Thought that might get me jazzed but I still feel like taking a nap
no pm snack
getting a frappacino for dinner hoping the combo of coffee and calories will get me through tonights fighter practice.

not up early this morning
But I did get some things done in the house.
Had three pieces of toast with peanutbutter and a cup of mint tea with no sugar- big step there
really really wanted ramen but I have not bought any in the last three weeks. So I can want but it is not there
am snack was orange and water
lunch was a shake and more water
pm snack was pistachios
dinner tonight will be something quick and light as I am fighting and it is hot outside
Did my abs and squats and started doing some calf stretches as my legs have been aching at night.

up not so early. My calves were making some awful noise to me last night for all the walking up and down the mountains all weekend. But it is a good ache!
Started my cleanse last night and following through
water and caffeine for breakfast
took my first of four cleanse drinks
had some hamster tabs that are allowed with this cleanse
had second cleanse
did 1/2 abs and squats
lunch is more water and another 1/2 caff tab
pm snack is third cleanse and more water
dinner is a glass of water
early evening cleanse.

07/13-14/13

high altitude camping all weekend
brought no mt dews with me but lots of water and caffeine tabs
will be shooting archery all weekend. Should be good food wise as what i have to eat is what we have to eat.
breakfast will be burritos and iced tea
lunch is bread and cheese and melon
dinner saturday night will be piperande, brie cheese and bread. Green salad
sunday will prolly catch something for lunch. Sadly will not catch it with my crossbow. But better that way else I would feel bad for shooting a carrot. Bunnies run too fast.

Sunday night starting a cleanse. My skin has been looking rough and I think that i need to clean something out of system. Don't know exactly what but something is making my face break out like a teenager.

07/12/13

Up at 5! Had to make breakfast burritos with eggs, cheese and potatoes
ate one for breakfast with water
decided I had to clean the bathrooms so cleaned all the toilets and sinks, then swept the floor and packed my car for a weekend event.
drove into work. Did abs and squats
no am snack
lunch was a 12" cheese vege sub from subway
pm snack is an orange, if I have one
had mt dew
dinner is bread and cheese and grapes

felt about 500 years old this morning. think I might have worked a bit too hard last night and let myself get dehydrated.
Water was amazing this morning! when I got out of bed at 7:25
in an effort to get myself going had two mt dews today
breakfast was two little wheels of cheese as I was running late
am snack was an orange
lunch was a shake
pm snack is the hamster snacks as I am out of nuts. :( booo must get more nuts!

dinner tonight is piperande with brie cheese and french bread and crisp green salad.

rode bike into work
did abs and squats ( for the record, I do 100 ab exercises a day and 60 squats)
am snack can of pineapple juice
lunch was pbj and bag of bbq potato chips
pm snack last of the pistachios and more water
not sure what I am having for dinner as I am heading out for more fighter practice tonight
will have mt dew
got some weaving done here at work. *warning- weaving geek moment*  I was very excited to do this weave structure this first time as I think it will work for when I get ready to make my French Balconies weaving. It is a simple basket weave but set up in such a way that it will work for my idea.* you are now returned to the food blog.

Had a bit of left over chinese tofu with garlic sauce and rice for breakfast with water
rode bike into work
no am snack
water and a lifesaver
lunch was a salad with blue cheese dressing and a bag of cheetoes
pm snack apple and water
dinner tonight is stirred egg with tomato and rice and water

Ack! had an afternoon mt dew too.... it snuck itself in there while I wasn't paying attention and thinking nap time would be good.

07/04-06/13

Most excellent couple days. I slept in, got up early, got up later and did some work. Ate well, kept soda intake down and got in some activity include my abs and squats
Mostly spent lost of time with Jim which is a rare thing in my world as of late. In fact running off this weekend too. But dwelling on the nice, we watch the fireworks, went shopping, had couch time, saw a movie and had more couch time.
Only day I was a wee bit bad and I am not even mad at myself for it was sunday. I read a book almost all day. Do you realize how long it has been that I could sit down with a book to read all day? Just for fun? I lounged on the couch, all by myself. with a book and the occasional snack, ice cream, chips and quesadilla. And while there is a twinge of guilt behind it, I am owning it!
Also week two fo not buying any ramen. Not in the house, can't eat it!

Up early with water
did some sewing and had breakfast or rice, tofu peanut sauce lettuce wrap and more water
am snack was pistachios and water
lunch was hot and sour soup with crisp fried wonton noodles and more water
pm snack was an orange and more water plus a caffeine tab
dinner was chips and cheese goo.
Went to fighter practice and spent the evening doing my social running around bit. Played some field games
more water and a glass of juice when I got home

Doing the work!
Up and water as I folded my clothes. Had brown rice, tofu and peanut sauce lettuce wrap for breakfast
more water and rode bike into work

had a can of mt dew
lunch is a shake and more water
did my 100 abs and 50 squats
pm snack is orange
Dinner tonight is steamed broccoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce, rice and scalloped potatoes
And more water!

06/29-30/13

Up early on saturday and down to clear brush and dead fall from our big war camp site in Walsendberg. We cleared wood and cleared wood and then found more to clear. Ate well but did have way too much soda
Don't remember what i had for breakfast. Lunch was a cheese sandwich, 1/2 bag of chips and water followed by an ice cream sandwich and more water. Dinner was 1/2 pbj, a couple small cheeses pieces, fruit salad, salad and some cucumbers. Had a bit of alcohol later but we were all in bed by 10:00 and thought it was midnight.
Sunday was some more hauling of things this time it was rocks. Only until noon.
Had 1/2 a breakfast burrito with eggs and hashbrowns and veggie green chili
no lunch but more soda
on the drive home had the other 1/2 of my pbj
dinner was about 8 cheese pizza snacks and a 1/2 glass of milk followed by strawberry ice cream.
