Again with the out late.
got up eventually. Jim really doesn't like waking me and I find it so easy to just say Okay I will sleep in.
Had two sloppy joes for breakfast with potato chips and milk
kind of stuffed

lunch was an apple and cheddar cheese and 3 peppermints and water
had 2nd mt dew
dinner tonight is a question mark as I am pretty much flying from work to fighter practice
Might finish off that last bit of salad mix.
I made a chocolate cake for someones b-day tonight so will have a piece of that.

did not get out of bed early, Must stop letting myself talk myself into sleeping in.
did get 20/100 and can see some change in my curves. I have been doing a set of lifts with my exercise ball that uses my back muscles and it is nice to see the curve coming back.

dinner tonight will be a nutritional shake with more water to come.
I have some sewing to do tonight to get my dress done in time for the next tourney.
