not waking up so well these last couple mornings.
But up she rises and on with her day.
had water and tea
breakfast was a mock sloppy joe and 1/2 glass of milk
no am snack
lunch was lentil barley soup and a hunk of bread
did abs and squats
had mt dew
going to ride my bike tonight. Going for a bit longer than 24 minutes as I have the house to myself.
dinner tonight is bakes pasta with pesto sauce or depending on how I feel when done working out might start a deep cleanse. Trying to figure out what is making me so tired.
