did not get up early this morning as I am certain I worked out hard last night
everything is achy
had water and then some more water
breakfast was oatmeal and apples
am snack did not have as I went out to lunch again. Have grilled cheese and french fries and was good and had water.
did my abs and squats and 24 minutes of bike ride
I did have an afternoon soda
dinner was spinach lasagne
had a cup of tea later in the day
