Good weekend, Saturday was up at 8, lots of water breakfast was a leggo waffle with ample syrup.
And
water. We armored up and fought from about 11:00 until 3:00. With break
for lunch of a roll, two blocks of cheese and an apple more water. Some
of that was intense so I am sure I got my full 24 minutes lol.
Dinner
was chinese buffet but since we were in Nebraska, my choices were
smaller than the guys. But I still ate well. Then we went to the after
party..... I had soda and red stag and quite possibly got tipsy. Hard
night of sleep.
Sunday back in car and on our way. Had an apple
for breakfast and a mt dew. More water. Lunch was spaghetti pie from old
chicago. more water and a couple fig newtons. Dinner was tofu and brown
rice with peanut sauce wrap. Did not get my minutes or abs work in. Do I
start over or just forge ahead? I think I am just forging ahead.
Discovered it was really hard to do that in a small hotel room with 4
other people.
