up early with water by my side
breakfast was tofu, brown rice, lettuce wrap with peanut sauce and more water
am snack was mt dew.
lunch is black eyed peas and brown rice
hitting the road after lunch to drive to nebraska
not sure what dinner will be but I packed some healthy snacks so I am not tempted on the road, apples, almonds, fig newtons(had a craving) and lifesavers. Also bringing my own water.
did my abs and squats and 24 minutes of bike
