up earlish water and sewing
breakfast was scrambled eggs with spinach and sundried tomatoes and tea to drink
did my 24 minutes on the bike.
did not get abs or squats in today
am snack almonds
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and rice with water
had mt dew
no dinner
off to fighter practice but not fighting as I have to repair my armor.
