Did not get up so early this morning.
breakfast was tofu, brown rice and peanut sauce wrap
am snack was mt dew and pistachios
lunch is a bowl of potato leek soup and more water
did squats and abs at work.
pm snack is an apple
going to do my bike ride when I get home from work
dinner tonight is Risotto, green beans and salad
