up early water and 24 minute bike ride. My saddle parts are a bit sore. lol guess I lost my callous.
had ramen with green beans for breakfast and a glass of milk
had mt dew and water
am snack was almonds
lunch was a salad with ranch dressing and a yogurt
more water
pm snack was almonds
dinner tonight is tofu with peanut sauce, brown rice, peanut sauce lettuce wrap. and more water
