up earlish
water and sewing
breakfast was a cheese omelet and potatoes with water
no am snack
did have mt dew
lunch was not but ate my apple and pistachios
went shopping and was already to make dinner when I realizes I left behind at the store as in I did not purchase a vital part of my dinner. So I ended up having pizza snacks and a glass of milk
did motivate me to start lentils and barley for soup.
did my squats and abs work and shoveled snow three times
