I work very well with goals and deadlines to push me.
I was just randomly thinking about the 100 day program. You know do x for 100 days
100 days is a little under 15 weeks. Which if I start something today that will take me to almost exactly my birthday.
So why the heck not?
But what shall i pick? How about a 100 days of 24 minutes of something? (24 because april 24th is my finish date and my exercise bike has a 24 minute setting) But it has to be something aerobic so 24 minutes of bike ride (can do more but that seems like a reasonable start), walking the dog, or exercise video. Along with that doing the 50 squats and 50 abs. I think I can do that.I think I want to do that. So why not? All I have to do is the work and I can, I have all the equipment I need, my body is working properly, no injuries to halt me from any of that.
And today is the start date:
24 minutes of bike riding, 50 abs and 50 squats
breakfast was 1/2 a baked potato with cheese and water
had soda
lunch was a bagel with butter and water
I am home tonight so i am going to make up brown rice and tofu for breakfast wraps
dinner tonight, going to have a spinach salad with water.
